Should Nigeria sell off it's National Assets?

Recently there's been cries from many quarters and most importantly from Africa'a Richest man, Dangote, that Nigeria should sell off it's National Holdings in Companies like LNLG and Joint venture holdings in Oil and Gas in order to get out of the current recession.

Do you think we should sell off those national assets?
