What will it take to have a Nigerian Programming Language?

It takes developers looking beyond daily needs,things like is there gonna be light today, what am i gonna eat to now, what clothes do i need to wash, press and wear. if developers look beyond that and take up the basics of programming and not just want to make money. Even investment from external and internal companies and even government bodies, all that put together goes a long way.
