I believe in reducing medication intake to the barest minimum unless advices otherwise by qualified medics. With exceptions to supplements which could be taken daily, others depends on the health condition of individual. However, individuals should attempt to use meds only when necessary and strictly adhere to Doctors prescription or over the counter directions. Reasons for this is the added accumulated adverse effects or side effects.

What will fast and prayer do. Don't let spiritualism blind your judgement. Attempt to address the underlining issue with logic. If you need to move on which is mostly the case then do rather than expending quality energy fasting. You can as well begin to fast for something else.

Actually I have used Uber only once. I boarded from Oregon to Ipaja Ayobo and I thought the experience was just splendid. I was in a 2013 Hyundai played my choice of music. Upon arriving at my destination the cost was 3500 after being in heavy traffic for over an hour. In my personal experience, traditional taxis wouldn't offer such comfort and most importantly excellent customer service as both driver and passenger are rated for their experience for that journey. I think it's charged based on set rate per km and offer discounts on frequent users.

Can someone kindly explain how Uber's means of transportation works exactly? Also, is it any better or more beneficial than traditional taxi's and other means of transportation in Nigeria specifically Lagos state? Thanks.
