Is UBA the best Bank in Nigeria?

They are believed to have a fast network but sometimes or most times have network problems. Time spent per transaction is about 10-15 minutes

their network is fast but not veryy good as expected. their workers are always slow when working. they dont put their customers at heart
time per transaction is always up to an hour or more becasue of the slow response of the workers
rating: 12 like, 7 dislike
their charging rates are okay, but they diduct some money which doesnt have meaning
